Run The Flex's 6-week hip hop dance programs are designed to help you build confidence in your dancing, work up a sweat and have fun. If you're looking to find your inner dancer...you've come to the right place.
APRIL 15 - JUNE 8, 2019
*No class April 22 or May 20
When: Mondays, 8:30PM - 10:30PM
Where: Dance Teq (226 Queen St West)
Level: Beginner - NO previous dance experience required
You'll:
- Get 2 hours of hip hop dance training per week
- Learn the fundamentals of hip hop, old school party grooves and today's hottest dance moves
- Learn the basics in picking up choreography & grooves
- Receive goal setting coaching & individual feedback & build confidence as a dancer
- Get your own RTF t-shirt to rock in & out of the studio
- Participate in an end of session video shoot
- Join a supportive, inclusive & positive community
