ABOUT BELARUS:

The Belarusian economy is dominated by large state enterprises concentrated in the manufacturing sector and produce largely heavy industrial goods. In terms of sectors, its main industries feature petrochemicals, the production of fertilizers, food stuffs and semi-refined products such as timber, machine tools, and some automotive components, including trucks, tractors, and textile. Belarus has been going up significantly in the World Bank's 'Doing Business' chart in the past years. In 2014, it reached 63rd position, at the top position of CIS countries.
