Rob Godwin is the award-winning author of over 100 books on space. He is also the founder of Apogee Books, an imprint of Collector's Guide Publishing. Launched in 1998, the first Apogee title was "Apollo 8 The NASA Mission Reports". It was published at the personal request of astronaut Buzz Aldrin. Godwin was also the Space Curator at the Canadian Air & Space Museum. He is a lifetime member of the both the National Space Society and the Space Frontier Foundation and a member of the International Astronautical Federation and American Astronautical Society History Committees.
