Headlining the event is The Human Rights , one of Canada's premier reggae bands, joined by Kairo McLean , the 2 xJUNO Award-winning reggae sensation whose powerful voice has captured audiences around the world.
The afternoon will also feature an outstanding lineup of Toronto's reggae selectors and sound system crews, including:
