RCAF Foundation Remembrance Day Ceremony 2025
RCAF Foundation Remembrance Day Ceremony 2025
Tuesday, November 11
Mount Pleasant Cemetery Mausoleum and William G. Barker VC Monument
10:40 a.m. – 11:50 a.m.
Join the RCAF Foundation for a moving Remembrance Day ceremony that bridges generations of service, reflection, and renewal.
This year, we invite you to pause and consider what remembrance means today — and what it can mean for the future. As memories pass from one generation to the next, it is through new voices and creative expression that these stories endure. Together, we honour the courage, sacrifice, and service that continue to guide and inspire Canada.
Experience a morning of remembrance featuring readings, wreath laying, a two-minute silence, and a fly-past by Royal Canadian Air Force aircraft. Students will share poems and letters to Canada’s military, offering heartfelt tributes in their own words.
Remarks will be delivered by Major-General Denis O’Reilly, Jeremy Diamond, and John Monahan, with participation from the Royal Canadian Air Cadets, 16 Wing RCAF, and performances by a Toronto Scottish Piper and a Queen’s Own Rifles bugler.
All are welcome to attend and take part in this meaningful morning of remembrance and reflection.
