What to expect? Eight pavilions offering everything from tasting experiences to live demos; more than 100 presentations on three stages and new on floor features.
Canada’s Space Agency and the Canadian Agriculture and Food Museum’s “Space to Spoon” exhibit will highlight Canada’s world leadership in satellite technology and show how scientists, farmers and chefs and technology impact the food we grow, serve and eat.
Main stage content will include the future of food with lessons on incorporating creativity and innovation into your food experience, and Chef and Culinary Curator Charlotte Langley returns with a not-to-be-missed food feature that will bring together groundbreaking chefs, products and services to positively impact bottom lines and keep customers coming back.
