Inspired by the legendary late 80's Toronto dance night at The Empire, Psychedelic Wednesdays is a low-key, non-pretentious psychedelic dance party at Super Wonder Gallery.

Expect a heavy dose of 60s/70s psychedelic rock, acid rock, funk, soul, deep cuts, oddities, classics, and whatever else feels right in the moment. Hendrix, Floyd, The Doors, Funkadelic, Grateful Dead, disco, and “Black Betty” for some reason… It's all fair game, man.

This is not a strict museum-piece recreation of psychedelic music culture. It’s more like: “dance like you’re in high school on acid in 1988.”

Music starts around 8PM and goes until at least midnight.

Good music. Good Dancing. Good weirdness.
