Join us on November 24th for a free workshop, Evaluation 101
This KEM (Knowledge Exchange Meetup) has been developed to provide young leaders with interactive, participatory and experiential learning opportunities.
Through this workshop, participants will be able to:
Expand their knowledge and learn the importance of evaluation
Learn creative ways to evaluate programs
Gain tools and resources to create your own evaluation tools
This workshop is for youth aged 15-29 who are interested in starting or running a grassroots youth-led initiative/group/club in York South-Weston community.

Guest Speaker
Shine Jiyoun Chung. Shine is Manager of CORE (Centre for Organizational Resilience) department at For Youth Initiative where she is committed to building organizational and leadership capacity of grassroots youth-led initiatives. Born and grew up in Seoul, South Korea, Shine came to Canada in 2007 to start her new journey after she discovered her belief in the field of social work, in particular community development. Specialized in Social Justice & Diversity, and Ethnic, Immigration & Pluralism Studies, Shine holds a Master of Social Work degree from University of Toronto and currently a Registered Social Worker. Shine has extensive knowledge and experience in research, evaluation, clinical social work, program design, project development, organizational development, and strategic partnership development.
