After a month off in April, we come back with a bang as we welcome one of North America's best-loved sound crews to PRESSURE DROP.

Formed in Chicago in 1995, DEADLY DRAGON has become an internationally respected force in the reggae community - soundsystem, reggae record retailer, reissue label, and live promoter of such luminaries as JOHNNY OSBOURNE, TONY TUFF, WAYNE SMITH,CORNELL CAMPBELL, and SHABBA RANKS, to name just a few.

Since expanding to NEW YORK in the late 1990s, DDS has run some legendary weekly and monthly parties at such venues as Happy Ending, APT, Joe's Pub, Pianos and King Size. DDS are known for the ability to draw big tune from the whole spectrum and history of Jamaican music, from the earliest ska to the most up-to-the-minute dancehall.

For this visit, selector SCRATCH FAMOUS aka Jeremy Freeman is joined by legendary mic chanter SCREECHY DAN. Screechy has voiced tracks for such notable reggae labels as MUSIC MASTER, DIGITAL ENGLISH, and GREENSLEEVES. He is also known for his crossover collaborations with such greats as MASTERS at WORK and KENNY DOPE.
