POP-UP: Fat Rice Asian Night Market

Chef Rocheller Batuigas and the Fat Rice crew return to The Depanneur for an incredible, all-you-can-eat South East Asian Night Market in the alleyway at The Centre for Social Innovation. Replete with flaming woks, smoky BBQs, string lights, low stools, funky tunes, and an INSANE amount of food, this one-night-only street food party is a tribute to the amazing Night Markets found all across Asia.

Indulge in a non-stop parade of grilled, fried, sticky, sweet and spicy dishes from Malaysia to the Philippines and beyond, served on the street in the heart of Toronto’s downtown Chinatown. Get ready to slurp, stick, prod and poke to your heart’s content — this is market food at its loudest, grittiest, and most joyful. Dig in!

There will be a cash bar with ice-cold Asian beers and exotic non-alc options. (19+)
