Paddle The Rouge 2017

Paddle the Rouge is a Wildlands League annual event connecting youth and families to nature and the Rouge River in the city. Held at Rouge Beach Park in Toronto, Ontario, it helps raise awareness of the importance of the proposed Rouge National Urban Park.

On Sunday, June, 18th, 2017 come celebrate Father’s Day with us on the river.

We offer a free Learn-to-Paddle for youth, ages 5-18. And welcome the whole family for a day of paddling and family fun at the beach.

Unplugging for the day couldn’t be easier.

The event is all ages and will feature:

Two free paddling sessions for youth ages 5-18; morning and afternoon. This includes dry land training and on the water paddling. No experience required;

Public paddle in the afternoon. Boats available for rent either in advance or on the day, subject to availability. You can bring your own canoe or kayak and register for the eventto show your support for Wildlands League;
