Outdoor Studio features the work of five artists exploring the connections between art, outdoor culture and the environment.
In June 2017, these artists camped in the rich biodiversity of Rouge National Urban Park for the first Outdoor Studio trip. They hiked the Mast Trail, paddled the Rouge River and created along-side each other during the three-day camping excursion. The photography, painting, and zines in the show were created both during the trip and as a result of their experiential site-specific explorations.
