Opening Night-Landscape Photography: Group Exhibit by Toronto Digital Photography Club
Landscape Photography: Group Exhibition
Landscape photographers celebrate the beauty of nature by pursuing a pure and unspoiled depiction of the natural environment with a strong emphasis on landforms, textures, weather and ambient light. Landscape photography essentially captures spaces within the world, whether vast or microscopic, serene or moody.
In this group exhibit by six members from the Toronto Digital Photography Club, we are presenting a small collection of photographs that depict the awe and wonder of the natural environment that we inhabit. Some of the images shown are about the vividness of mother nature's colour palette. In contrast, the black and white images are primarily about textures. Some images communicate the tranquility and moodiness of the place in time while others are about the quality of light. The collection of images selected for this show are quite diverse in both subject matter and execution.
The artists participating in this group show are Luba Citrin, Roger Correia, Edith Itzcovici-Levy, Dino Melissa, Leon Shahar and Sunchie Yang.
