What are you afraid of? Many of us hold fears surrounding change or having a lack of control, inducing a state of emergency as we find ourselves without a plan. Using the process of making art we turn fear inside out. The transformation enables us to engage with our selves and each other in a way that is constructive rather than destructive. INSIDE & OUT explores the threshold between inner and outer realities by allowing what's inside to come to the surface.
