This June 11th (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 pm), the streets, porches, businesses, parks and alleyways of Toronto’s Downtown Seaton Village neighbourhood will come alive with music as the neighbourhood welcomes the 3rd annual Opening Tuning: A Free Music Festival.
