The Conservative government has taken away our health education curriculum and our Indigenous curriculum, showing once again that it doesn't seem to care if Ontario's children learn about LGBTQ+ identity, Indigenous culture and history, consent, and even their own bodies. Everyone from the teachers of Ontario to Andrea Horwath herself have spoken out about this action, and now it's time for the students of Ontario to show our government that we care about our women, our children, our Indigenous population, and our LGBTQ+ community. Which is why on September 21, 2018, we invite students across Ontario to walk out of schools at 1:00 pm and show that we do not consent.
