This workshop is a giggly good time filled with ideas taught from an unusual and thoughtful perspective. Pastel will teach you how to charm, enchant and tease your own private audience (even if that's just your partner and your bedroom your stage). You'll leave feeling more confident and sexier than ever.

Of note: this workshop is NOT a dance workshop and is not designed for those interested in public performance - although performers will still get lots out of this intimate workshop, too! You do not need to have any performance or dance experience.

About Pastel Supernova

Pastel Supernova (Artistic Director & Choreographer of Love Letters Cabaret) is an uninhibited artist who uses her femininity as the prime stimulus for everything she creates. Professionally trained in classical dance Pastel choreographed and performed with contemporary dance companies before touring internationally with Nelly Furtado. In ’07 revived finishing school ethics and founded Pastel Supernova Enterprises under which she teaches several classes based on developing women’s confidence and grace. Heels At Home, a guide on mastering the high heel was the first of it’s kind. Workout classes (Dance UP a Sweat) and specialized workshops followed. Pastel is the reigning queen of Strip Search Ontario 2012 and was dubbed one of Canada’s most influential women by Flare Magazine.
