The Canadian Music Centre is proud to be helping to celebrate the tenth anniversary of Gabriel Prokofiev's label, Nonclassical.

Were one of five venues in five different countries coming together to celebrate ten years of groundbreaking releases on Nonclassical. For the first time, Nonclassical will present as a transcontinental live streamed event, where audiences will get a glimpse of the diverse alt-classical scenes reaching across the globe in 2014.

Were also excited to present a series of new pieces written specially for the occasion, scored for a unique ensemble spanning the five cities that are hosting the event: Toronto, New York, Sao Paolo, Basel and London.

5pm: Doors

5:30pm: Premire of Nonclassical's composers' competition winning work performed live via uStream across 5 different countries featuring pianist Wesley Shen

7pm onwards: Live DJ, live acoustic performances, food and drink

Cost: Free before 6pm, $10 cover after 6pm.
