Exploring synaesthetic translations of the otherworldly and unknown, her works draw inspiration from personal vision quests and sensations of being under surveillance––varied experiences that, collectively, chart common themes of sight and the unseen.

Her first exhibition in Toronto in 5 years, and her inaugural show with Barbara Edwards Contemporary, Pretti presents the viewers with a tightly curated body of work featuring evocative titles like: Daemons, Atlas, Various Loves, and The Man Who Wasn't Supposed to Be There.
