NeighbourHooding is back at Noir inside Rebel once again but it's Caribana weekend and if you're like us that means something to you. Something special! So it was only right we linked up with our Bashment family to close out our summer run. Bashment, if you aren't familiar, have been throwing some of Miami's craziest dancehall & reggae-inspired parties along with taking their talents across North America and beyond.
