The bartenders will be using Gooderham & Worts Canadian whisky for their cocktails and the theme is Gooderham & Worts inspired cocktails. This means anything based on the gentlemen themselves or the distillery in downtownToronto. T

he details for the competition are;

-Minimum of 1 ounce of whisky in the cocktail

- No more than 5 ingredients infusing and garnish do not count- They will make 3 cocktails and will have 7 minutes to do so

Appearance of the drink 15

Performance 15

Balance and Texture 20

Creativity 20

Taste and Flavour 25

Total of 100 points
