Movement for Mental Health is an interactive & inclusive workshop exploring the connection between the mind and body through a modern yoga movement practice, followed by an integrative yin yoga sequence.

The workshop starts with a ‘clearing’, allowing time for participants to release anything that may be keeping them from the present moment or perhaps something building up in their minds and ultimately in their body.

Surrounded by candles and infused with essential oil massage and assists throughout, this workshop will help to shed emotional layers through movement to help you leave feeling a little bit lighter.
