For more than 25 years, generations of guests have fallen in love with Mama Rosa’s cooking at 7 Numbers. Now, once a month, she opens her kitchen and invites you to experience it the way her family always has.

Begin the evening with a welcome glass of prosecco and traditional Italian snacks before gathering around the kitchen with Rosa and her chefs. Together you’ll prepare one of her favourite seasonal menus while she shares the stories, traditions, techniques, and family recipes that have been passed down through generations in Puglia.

There are no demonstrations from a stage. No rushing to keep up. Just an authentic evening of cooking, conversation, laughter, and incredible food.

When the cooking is finished, the kitchen becomes one long family table. Enjoy the meal you’ve prepared together, paired with live Italian music, great wine, and the simple pleasure of sharing dinner the way it has always been done in Italy.
