Mindful Intentions: New Year's Day Movement & Meditation Workshop

Mindfully Flow into 2020 in this Special 90 Minute Class!

​Kathy will guide you through a heat generating flow set to inspiring music with a focus on sun salutations and heart opening poses to clear your mind and make way for the new. It’s tied together with a well-deserved aromatherapy savasana massage (optional of course!).

The class will explore mindful intention setting for the New Year, a guided meditation and include time for reflection and journalling (so please bring a journal and pen!). You'll also leave with a little gift :)

Further Background:

In the Yoga Sutras, there is a Sanskrit word called Sankalpa. This is an intention that is formed by the heart and mind.

This is a perfect opportunity to explore and identify areas you'd like to focus on in the New Year. Intention setting helps to keep us steered in the right direction.

Not rigid resolutions, but a resolve to move consistently and with small steps towards an overall vision. Explore your 2020 Sankalpa's.
