Mindful Breath: A Journey to Authentic Self-Healing

Artist? Activist? Academic? Front-line worker? Precariate? Stressed? Fragmented?

This is for you. This is for us.

Mindful Breath: A Journey to Authentic Self-Healing

In this session we explore and move with our breath for openings it offers to our mind and body. Using contemplative body and mind practices including breath work, yoga and embodied writing, we move toward re-inhabiting our breath and re-integrating the fragmented self. This healing journey honours our unique bodies and circumstances to promote self-compassion and deep relaxation.
