Meditation, Music-Making and Sound Healing Circle with Darren Austin Hall and Jesse Stewart
Welcome to the new year of this group new name, new image, new inspirations. Now in its second year, the emphasis is on meditation that leads into music-making, which then informs healing work for participants and all the Earth. No previous experience is necessary in either music or healing work, as we co-create new songs and chants, explore the power of sound and draw revivifying forces from inner states of peace.
Themes explored range from chakra tuning/activation; cymatics/sound-sacred-geometry; harmonizing with other beings; working with instruments; scanning/toning for energy maintenance; meditation and breathing techniques; sacred movement; sound-prayers; and working with the powers of The Field -- which all come with the intent of consciousness training.
Each session is usually followed with social time, munching, conversation with conscious souls young and old souls, and continued exploration with soundbaths and other healing modalities.
