Join Cassidy for a guided meditation for stress relief, as well as tools to invite relaxation and better sleep into our lives. We'll use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/tapping), journaling, and sound healing to facilitate rest and relaxation. Option to add on acupuncture with Zach Olesinski, R.Ac, ADS.
