This interactive, group program will break down meal planning into three bite-size pieces – planning, shopping and prepping - making this seemingly daunting process manageable! Join your in-store dietitian for this 3-week program and learn tips and tricks for planning, shopping and prepping fast and nutritious meals. No matter how busy your weeks are, we can show you how to eat well without stressing over it.
