One of Toronto’s favourite fundraising events is back! Martini Madness returns this May 2026, presented by CIBC and The Andlauer Family. The event brings together cocktail enthusiasts, community leaders, and supporters for an unforgettable evening in support of life-changing medical research.

In support of the GEM Project through the Sinai Health Foundation, Martini Madness raises critical funds to help uncover the causes of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis—two chronic conditions affecting more than 320,000 Canadians.

The Toronto event will feature an elevated, all-inclusive experience, where guests can enjoy unlimited signature martinis crafted by top mixologists, curated food stations, and a lively atmosphere designed for connection and celebration. A premium raffle will also offer exclusive items and experiences, with all proceeds supporting research efforts that are changing lives.

With thousands of Canadians diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease each year—including massively increasing rates in children and young adults—the need for continued research and innovation has never been more urgent.
