Join us for an exciting workshop where you will create stunning mushroom illustrations using pens on mixed media backgrounds, led by an experienced artist and art educator with over 17 years of teaching experience!

In this hands-on session, you will learn how to craft a layered and textured background using watercolours, acrylics, and collage techniques. You will then discover how to draw the intricate structures of mushrooms, breaking them down into simple shapes before adding fine details. Experiment with a variety of techniques to bring depth and texture to your artwork.

This program is designed for and prioritizes teens/students from Grades 7-12. Registration for teens/students from Grades 7-12 will begin on Tuesday, February 18. Inquiry for other participants will begin on Friday, March 7.
