Manifesto Festival of Community & Culture returns this August, presented by Vancity Community Investment Bank. And we're going back to our roots, but bigger than ever. 

From August 9th-19th we're taking over downtown Toronto with multi-arts events that culminate in a giant FREE concert and community gathering at City Hall, headlined by Chronixx and his band Zinc Fence Redemption (plus many more tba).
