Man Forever & So Percussion Music In The Barns performs Nicole Lizee Gordon Monahan

Oneida drummer Kid Millions teams up his minimalist psych percussion project Man Forever with famed contemporary percussion quartet, So Percussion. Hot off the release of their collaborative album Ryonen Thrill Jockey, they will be preforming these entrancing pieces in a rare concert appearance. Driving rhythms barrel under drifting vocal drones. Moving like a storm front their music slowly mutates, adding & subtracting simple elements as it navigates it's path. Sounding at times like a perfect machine. Don't miss these masters at work.

Wychwood Barns based boundary pushing chamber ensemble performs Jules Lger Prize winning composer, Nicole Lizee's haunting piece Hitchcock Etudes. Montreal based composer Lizee will be in attendance for this special performance. A twisted thrill ride of warped Hitchcock, scores & sound bites chopped up & re-assembled by a contemporary string ensemble. Turning already ominous creations into languid glitched out nightmares. Accompanied by visual from Hitchcock's films spliced & mangled to match their aural counterparts. A serious psych horror trip for the modern avant gardist.
