What's it all about:

You will be taught how to make your own ring dish with a little twist. You can make the dishes extra special by decorating them with little animals and then painting them. This workshop is great for participants of every level; beginners will be able to follow along easily!

What will we cover:

We will go over the steps to creating the ring dishes from start to finish. You will be guided through the process of working with air dry clay; simple ceramic techniques such as slip and score as well as slab rolling, and coiling will be covered within the workshop.

Who is teaching:

Shehleeza Khan is a Curator and Ceramist who graduated from OCAD University; she is also the co-founder of Broken Antler and Co. an online art magazine which covers the day to day of the GTA art world. Shehleeza loves spreading her love for clay to others regardless of their skills or experience with the material.
