For Labyrinth Ontario’s last show of the year, we are excited to have Yahya Geylan and Canan Sezgin Geylan join us for an intimate performance at the Tranzac.

This Turkish husband-wife duo brings a depth of experience. Yahya is a classical music vocalist and conductor, Canan is a vocalist and violinist. Together, they have hosted the live radio program Studio Istanbul, the 13-episode concert series Gönüller Bir Olsun (Let Hearts Unite), and released the duet album Aşkın Dansı (The Dance of Love). They also share a YouTube channel called GEYLAN MUSIC!

They will perform at Makam Nights, Labyrinth Ontario’s monthly series that features a mixture of makam music performances, open improvisations, and dialogue. We’re looking forward to closing 2024 with this special show!
