What's New in 2020:

North America’s largest Mac and Cheese Festival returns and is coming in hot to bring you a massive Valentine’s weekend festival from February 14-16, 2020. In just one month, the Small Arms Inspection Building is going to be overrun with mac and cheese lovers.

The Mac and Cheese Festival brings together the most skilled mac bosses under one roof to prepare signature dishes and present their ooey-gooey cheesy menus directly to you – along with plenty of wine, cocktails, margaritas and craft beer. There will be 40+ over-the-top mac and cheese creations for Valentine’s weekend!

Meet our food imagineers behind this delicious festival who are pushing the boundaries and changing the mac and cheese food scene: Bacon Nation, Cheese Headz, Cheese Secrets, Dope As Duck, Get Your Own Taters, Golden Bubbles, Islas Filipino BBQ, Johnny Briskets, Meltwich, Rick’s Good Eats, Saltlick Smokehouse, 6 Spice Rack, Soo Irie, The Dirty Bird Chicken and Waffles, The Pie Guys and more.

Beyond stuffing your face with mac and cheese, enjoy playing racing simulators, giant Jenga, a wide array of board games (e.g. What Do You Meme, Blokus, Bad People, Telestrations After Dark, Pit Card Game etc) and retro games on Nintendo Classic, Super Nintendo and Playstation Classic.

Join us and discover new flavours with the return of The Craft Beer Bar. Taste locally made beers and ciders from across Ontario. To top it all off for Valentine’s, we're having a bunch of dance instructors teach guests on how to line dance, salsa and more from beginners to intermediate/advance throughout the entire weekend.

Limited tickets will be available for purchase online. There are multiple entry times per day. Once you’ve entered, you may stay as long as you want! (No re-entry). The time outlined on the ticket you purchased will be the only time that your ticket is valid for entry into the event. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
