Avling Kitchen & Brewery CDC Eva Chin has joined forces with New York chef Lucas Sin (Junzi Kitchen and Nice Day) to create an unforgettable menu inspired by childhood memories with heritage driven flavours. The duo will present the meal, along with Avling beer and drink pairings for each of the courses.

Join us at 6:30 PM on Thursday, April 7th and Friday, April 8th, tickets are $125.

IMPORTANT: No modifications and no vegetarian options are available, beer pairings are included. This is a ticketed event, proof of purchase is required upon entry.
