Launched in Montreal, Quebec in 2013, Lobster Clam Jam began with the idea of showcasing great food by home-grown talent, and creative and delicious cocktails by marquee mixologists. Our event is a great chance for parents and their little ones to spend a day together, enjoying delicious food, in a friendly atmosphere of fresh air and sunshine. We are now heading to TORONTO by joining forces with INK Entertainment, Canadas leading lifestyle and entertainment company.
Our mission is to bring together food lovers and culinary artists in a fun, family-friendly environment. We work with the top chefs and restaurants in each of our host cities, inspiring them to create unique but affordable dishes for foodies of all ages, and from all walks of life. Social commitments and community building are an important part of what we do, with a substantial part of our proceeds donated to local charities. We work hard to ensure that our partners are provided with everything they need to ensure the complete satisfaction of our guests. Our relationships and reputation for impeccable service are the keys to our business and our most treasured assets.
The support and encouragement of local community organizations is an essential part of everything we do. We wil be donating a portion of the proceeds to The Sick Kids Foundation www.sickkidsfoundation.com
