Little DaiLo PopUp Event: Singapore Hawker Market
This pop up is a celebration of the Singaporean Hawker food market. Executive Chef Nick Liu of DaiLo, will be recreating some of his most inspirational culinary experiences. In the tradition of Hawker markets this dinner will be served at communal tables with family style presentation. The location for this event is in one of Canada’s first food halls - Assembly Chef's Hall.
Tickets are $55 per guest + Tax + 18% gratuity.
Satay pork skewer, fried chicken wing, sambal smelts,
Duck fat rice, ginger scallion sauce, rich chicken broth
Singapore Chili Crab
Noodle nest, cucumber salad, almond crumble, fried onion/garlic/basil
Coconut caramel, Sechuan peppercorn chantilly, toasted coconut
Wine and alcoholic beverages will be available onsite and are not included in ticket price. Award-winning sommelier Anton Potvin will be available for wine and beer pairing recommendations.
