KUNDALINI TUTORIAL: ENJOYING MANTRA AND MEDITATION
Join us to learn helpful tips to enhance your meditation experience, including how to concentrate and what to do when discomfort arises in the body. No one is ‘bad’ at meditation – we all need guidance when we first start out, and we’re here for that.
We will also explore two of the most common mantras, The Adi Mantra and the Mangala Charan mantra, which are chanted to tune-in to the practice at the beginning of every class. By gaining a deeper understanding of these mantras, you will increase your confidence and ease in chanting them and get more out of your practice.
Finally, we’ll cover the structure of a Kundalini Yoga class – the purpose of each component (breathing exercises, physical sets, relaxation, etc), and the intelligent design imbued into the flow of each class.
This will be an uplifting experience. Everyone is welcome.
