Join Kiko Sounds for a beautiful sound bath experience Sunday May 19th 2-3:30.

Sound baths are a shared meditative experience where crystal singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks are played in a harmonic arrangement with the intention of encouraging therapeutic results in the listener's body. Sound baths are beneficial for all beings, from newcomers and those working with injury and illness to experienced practitioners. Through hearing and feeling the harmonic vibrations of sound, the body is able to enter deeper states of rest that help with relaxation, stress reduction, expand feelings of well being and profound states of creative awareness.

*This is not an active class. Those attending are invited to lay on yoga mats or sit in chairs if they prefer. Dress in cozy comfortable clothes that will allow you to feel optimal for resting*
