Award-winning songwriter Kelsea Ballerini has announced a return to the road in early 2023 promoting her new album 'Subject to Change'. Her Heartfirst Tour gets started again in March visiting Toronto, Detroit, Columbus, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Atlantic City and Pittsburgh. Joining the tour in support will be special guest Georgia Webster. Later in the year, the singer will be joining Kenny Chesney during portions of his I Go Back Tour.
