About Comedian Kari Johnson

Kari Johnson is a stand-up comedian and actress based in Toronto. She’s a rostered comedian at the Corner Comedy Club, toured Ireland, and recently filmed High Voltage Horror, a dark comedy where she starred as the only character with a mustache. She was a featured comic at the Galway Comedy Carnival, Just For Laughs Toronto and has recorded for CBC’s Laugh Out Loud.

Her imaginative observations center around racial ambiguity, body image and a slew of topics her parents can never hear.
