Kadwa Twins Contemporary Henna
Learn the art of traditional and contemporary henna design. Students learn how to hold a cone, make their own henna, decorate canvas and be introduced to Jagua, an organic alternative to black henna.
Kadwa Twins’ Henna, based in the Greater Toronto Area, is owned and operated by 23-year old twin sisters and artists Amreen and Farheen, who see henna as a means to spread love for and knowledge of the art form that has carried itself through generations. Kadwa Twins’ Henna uses all-natural henna made with top-quality ingredients and takes appointments for bridal henna, wedding festivities, corporate events and more. Amreen and Farheen can also be frequently found taking part in community events, elevating them with henna art- whether it be on hand, feet or canvas! Kadwa Twins’ Henna also teaches introductory henna lessons to help others observe henna as a fun, versatile art form to express one’s identity and culture.
