In this third and final workshop, we will focus on the Upper Triangle – the throat chakra, the third eye and the crown chakra.

A blocked throat chakra makes it difficult to speak our truth, to stand up for ourselves, to communicate authentically, and to project effectively. Another side of an unbalanced fifth chakra is bluntness, cunning, untruthfulness and a lack of awareness of the impact of our words.

With the speed of modern life, there are huge amounts of data to be processed, and excessive information and noise affects our sixth chakra, known as the third eye. When our intuition is numbed or blocked, we see only what we want to see and hear what we want to hear.

Preoccupied with material aspects of life, we forget about the Infinite, about the Pure Consciousness presence all around us.

We will practice kriyas, meditations and sacred mantras to clear energetic residue from the throat chakra, clear our past karma, awaken our Intuition and open a connection with the Divine.
