Heritage Skills Development Centre (HSDC) is excited to invite you to our upcoming Community Dialogue: “Better Workplace for Women – Men as Allies.” It will take place on Thursday, March 5, 2026 from 4:00-5:30 pm on Zoom.

This interactive dialogue will explore how men can be strong allies in building safer, more inclusive workplaces. Together, we will discuss:

• The role of allyship in addressing workplace harassment and microaggressions

• Support fair opportunities and reduce workplace bias.

• Help prevent harassment and microaggressions to foster trust, collaboration, and psychological safety.

The session will feature a panel of experts, two male and one female speakers, interactive discussions, and opportunities for you to share your voice and experiences. All attendees will be entered into a raffle draw and chance to win an e-gift.
