MAIN ROOM: DOWN TO FUNK

ELIAZAR Prepare yourselves for a ball of energy to take to the stage. For those of you who have caught Eliazar at PORCH SWING, or GANGSTERS OF LOVE, you are well aware this man is the personification of a ball of energy. Originally from Chicago, it is fitting that this man started the SPEAKEASY ELECTRO SWING brand franchises that are now popping up all over North America. Most notably recognized as an electro swing DJ, Eli is coming to town from his new resting space in B.C. to blast a fresh GHETTO FUNKadelic mix of Sixties fuelled grooves and wonky modern vintage womp. A colourful and positive blend of both the heavy and the soulful will leave you in the daze that everyone is talking about.

MARTY McFLY Somewhat of a Toronto legend, Marty McFly is throwing down a bouncy set of his signature blend of BREAKS. This man has made his rounds through a variety of party circuits and notable festivals, making him nothing short of a pro at what he does. I am both honoured and stoked to finally have this man on a line-up, so you should be too!

AMANDA RAYGUN The local queen of GLITCH HOP, Amanda knows how to filter through a huge library of tunes and work out some of the heaviest and funkiest new tunes the genre has to offer. Exuberating classiness, she serves it up fresh and always with a smile. Let your backbone slip.

PERPETUAL MOTION The Toronto DRUM N BASS team-up of POLARIS and KRAHLAH have been making some huge waves since NICE SHOES, WANNA FUNK. So I decided to bring them back to see what the have been up to! This best friend duo slams you with a well-balanced mix of original productions and heavy-hitting favourites This set promises to permanently warm-up the dance floor on this chilly November night.

SWINGBOT In order to properly warm up the main room, it calls for three of my favourite genres ELECTRO SWING, GLITCH HOP, and GHETTO FUNK! The mix of the three have some sort of magical spell over me that melt my spine into jelly and make my legs bend as if possessed by bass at the will of the DJ. In this case we have Torontos own SWINGBOT, who is no exception to the rule. Stoked to finally get this man on a lineup, and even more stoked for the sweet blend of genres he favours.

THUUN As the party comes to a close, we bring everyone down to the basement for one last hoorah an epic full party DRUM N BASS set to fully suck the last bits of energy you have left in you after boogying all night long. A long time friend at this point, I am stoked to finally have Thuun back on the first lineup of mine since GET RICH OR DIE TRIPPIN! One of the most solid DJs I have seen spin in a variety of genres, this will be the perfect close to a perfect night.

SECOND ROOM: UP IN THE CLOUDS

SAM KLASS Our headliner for the upstairs room has become quite a bit of a star in the festival circuit since he first came to play at GET RICH OR DIE TRIPPIN alongside DEFUNK. He has since been featured on a number of Defunks albums, played a smorgasbord of huge summer festivals including Electric Forest, Shambhala, Sonic Bloom, Harvest Festival, Evolve, and has an upcoming date with DubFX! He is a master of LIVE GUITAR AND BEATBOX LOOPING and comes to you to play a solo set to show you what he can do as a one-man band. An inspirational and mind-expanding set is the perfect way to close out the party in the upstairs room, and this promises to be nothing short.

FRITZ THE CAT Another first time addition to my line-ups, I am very pleased to finally have the perfect slot for Fritz. Taking you on an upbeat journey from FUNKY HOUSE through to some DISCO and into some POSITIVE DUB VIBES, he will be the perfect solution for bridging the gap between the electro swing set and the deep dark bass.

ROLLS ROYCE As much as I like to switch things up as much as possible, there are two of things that I can never go without at my events Rolls Royce and ELECTRO SWING. Essentially a resident of my events at this point, he is a master of many genres and has been a major player in a variety of underground scenes in the city. Electro swing is the fusion of the tunes from the 20s and 30s with the bassy sounds from todayCome see what all the hype is about!

APHOTEK The founder of Montreals Conscious Wave productions, this man throws massive underground parties that feature DEEP DARK TRIBAL BASS as their main vibe for the night.

USED DJ A man of many talents and trades, he comes to us tonight to open up the upstairs room with a badass DIRTY ELECTRO set. This party starts off heavier than normal in both of the rooms, so get there early to join in on the funk right away!
