Part of a three-part culinary series inspired by Leonardo da Vinci – 500 Years of Genius, this intimate experience brings Italian culinary artistry to life through a live demonstration led by Odd Duck's culinary team.

Guests will discover the preparation of risotto, with opportunities to participate alongside the chef and gain insight into the techniques behind the dish.

The evening begins with a selection of welcome snacks from Odd Duck. Following the demonstration, each attendee will receive prepared ingredients and components to take home and finish a risotto dish for two.
