Italian Culinary Masterclass: Polenta alla Milanese with Odd Duck

Celebrate the rich traditions of Northern Italian cuisine as THEMUSEUM and MICHELIN Guide-recommended Odd Duck Wine & Provisions present a culinary masterclass dedicated to Polenta alla Milanese.

Inspired by THEMUSEUM's Leonardo da Vinci – 500 Years of Genius exhibition, this interactive experience explores the culinary heritage of Milan through a live demonstration led by Odd Duck's culinary team.

Guests will learn about the preparation of Polenta alla Milanese, with opportunities to participate alongside the chef and discover the techniques behind this traditional Italian dish.

The evening begins with a selection of welcome snacks prepared by Odd Duck, followed by the culinary demonstration. Each guest will receive prepared ingredients and components to take home and finish the featured dish for two.
