TRX uses your body weight on a suspension system to increase strength, stability and endurance.

Whether you're a consistent exerciser, or just getting started, Instructor Jeff Cheong will coach you through some basic exercises to help you advance no matter what level your at!

Classes will have maximum 4 participants in order for you to get the most out of your class.
