Toronto Personal Growth is a community of like minded individuals who are choosing intentional psychological and spiritual growth. We don't dwell on problems. We're focused on solutions. We know that the world 'out there' is a reflection of what's going on 'in here'. And when subtle changes happen 'in here', amazing things start to happen 'out there'. Together, we're helping each other grow in the most important areas of our lives. We attend a wide variety of classes, workshops and events to explore all aspects of Personal Growth, Holistic Health and Spirituality.

About Your Host:
Leroy has been an avid student of the intersection of science and spirituality since he was a teenager. After studying the methods of various teachers, he came to realize that the best 'teachers' are often other students. He now organizes events that allow for students from various backgrounds and with various levels of experience to share their personal insights. He does not teach. But you still may learn something. And he's happy to accept an apple after class.
